The last weekend of each month I hold a Journaling Workshop.  We will work with setting up a journal to be useful and helpful for you.  We will work with 3 different types of journals and how you can use them to get organized, tract goals and become a useful tool to navigate your world.  This workshop also helps you to set goals, use journal prompts to get to the root on an issue and use your creativity to get inspired to continue to integrate the practice of journaling into your daily life.

The first weekend of each month I hold a Manifesting Journal Workshop.  We will practice intentional journaling and how to write and work with your intentions.  We will talk about setting up your journal practice so that you are focusing energy daily on what you are manifesting.  This workshop also helps you to set goals, use journal prompts to get to the root on an issue and use your creativity to get inspired to continue to integrate the practice of journaling into your daily life.
